Basic *0*

The *O* stands for obedience and Basic *O* is a 4-week class for dogs over six months that have completed Puppy *O* or Beginner’s Basic *O*.  In addition to reinforcing commands learned in prior classes, this weekly one hour class will introduce many new commands that will build on previous commands learned.  Basic obedience is one of the most challenging sessions to get through – primarily because your dog is experiencing that terrible teenage stage!!  You will receive homework each week relative to what was taught in the class of the hour.  TOUGH LOVE!!!

 Advanced Basic *0*

The *O* stands for obedience and this three-week class is for dogs over six months that have completed the 4-week Basic *O* course.  You will continue to build on your commands as well as review prior commands learned.  We will train inside and outside to test your dog in his/her ability to cope with distractions.  This class consists of one hour each week of training.  You will receive homework each week relative to what was taught in the class of the hour.  YOU CAN DO IT!!!

Reactive dogs will be evaluated to determine if a group class is appropriate however no aggressive dog ( towards people or dogs ) is permitted in class. If you have an aggressive dog, I will be able to direct you to a trainer that specializes in aggressive behaviors.
