Puppy *O*
Welcome to
our new Puppy *O* training format at Pawsitive Attitudes! The *O* stands for obedience and this seven-week
class is geared for puppies under six months old. (There will be exceptions if
you have a smaller dog.) This class consists of seven weeks of indoor training
and is designed to teach the human what to do and what not to do. Because your
puppy is a sponge at this age, you will be introduced to puppy education, many
training commands will be learned, and you will receive information on
different types of training equipment. Later in the class, you will be
introduced to nose works, where your dog learns to search for scents, as well as
concepts in agility training to teach you and your puppy how to work as a
team. Successful completion of this
course means your puppy will be eligible to become a member of the AKC STAR
Puppy program.
